Marina Admin Program

The Marina Administration Program is a Windows application designed from the ground up specifically for marina management.

Our analysis showed that the actions required at dockside should be streamlined but highly effective. The marina staff require easy control for registering boats and allocations to berths, the accountant requires useful data, and the yachtsman requires a minimum of paperwork, so that is what we deliver.

From registration of boats and people, the further processes are mainly point and click, requiring minimal type-in data-entry and thus fewer mistakes.

Boats can be checked-in on arrival (or pre-booked), checked-out on departure and all their purchasing completed from extremely easy-to-use menus.

Yet you have the flexibility to choose, be it in allocating berths or selecting items for invoicing to the boat.

All data is retained and logged to allow various screen and printable reports on current and past occupancy, people (skippers, crew and owners) and boat details.

We have done the hard work for you so your staff can be more efficient and more cost-effective, resulting in less stress, more profit and happier relations with your customers.

MAP's Dynamic Harbour Map can have the date set to anytime in the past or the future to get an overview of the state of the marina at that time. Simply click on any of the map's icons to see info on that berth and boat. Reserved berths are shown, current occupants and also boats with set departure dates in different user-defined colours for ease of information display. You can locate boats in the harbour easily with the efficient boat finder option.
