Radio Operator Course The Radio Operator Course, 1 day, (Including IYT Module 7). Safety is paramount, and every crew member should know how to correctly operate a marine radio. Apart from the every day communications needs afloat, peoples lives may well depend on a person's radio operating skills. This course covers basic VHF radio theory, components of radio systems and how to operate a VHF marine radio. Students are taught the rules of use for VHF marine radios. |
